Did you know that you must notify your insurance carrier if your vet has been called for anything other than routine veterinary care? The insurance carrier requires notification of any changes in the condition of your horse. It is a part of your insurance agreement to notify the insurance carrier of any accidents, colics, ulcers, illnesses, diseases, lameness, etc.… at the time of the change in condition. Late reporting may impact your coverage under the policy. If you do not plan to file a claim, an incident only report can be provided.

In the event of an Emergency, contact your vet and commence with life saving care. Call the emergency claims number for your insurance carrier or our agency. Please leave a message with your contact information and the nature of your emergency if the call is not answered. The insurance carrier representative or one of our agents will return your call. The Claims Numbers are monitored 24/7.
