Cassey is an Agent and Horse, Farm and Liability insurance specialist. She holds the Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) designation. Her horse and insurance knowledge is broad with 8 years of experience in the insurance industry and experience as an equine mortality insurance associate underwriter, lead administrative assistant at a veterinary and rehab center, intern as an equine vet tech and owner of a small horse boarding facility. Cassey also has a Bachelor of Science in Equine Science: Industry and Management.

Cassey competes in Dressage and is currently bringing along her young homebred warmblood. She is also a competitive 3-event water skier competing in slalom, trick and jump.
