Laura became an insurance agent in 1990. She founded Connaway & Associates Equine Insurance Services, Inc. in 1992. Connaway & Associates specializes in insuring horses and horse farms in the United States, Canada and Europe. The agency has grown to one of the largest insurance agencies of its kind in the United States.

Competitor

Laura competes in show jumping up to the Grand Prix Level nationally. She is also a competitive runner, participating in road races at distances ranging from 5K to marathon, including qualifying and competing in the Boston Marathon.

Organizations

Laura is a member of the United States Equestrian Federation, United States Hunter Jumper Association, United States Dressage Federation, and Little Rock RoadRunners. She is a supporter of the Hooved Animal Humane Society, Pulaski County Humane Society and she is an animal rescuer herself. Laura is also a sponsor of special event horse shows including those that benefit Special Olympics and Cancer Research. She volunteers for road races as well.

Personal​

Laura is married to John D. Naill, III. John is a farmer from Biscoe, AR. Together they live on a farm next to Pinnacle Mountain with their horses, dogs & cats.
